Ventana Gourmet Grill

We had a delicious dinner at Ventana. We live out of town and we’re here on a vacation, and we remembered how good it was the last time we visited here. Emma was our server and she took great care of us and made some good suggestions. We had their 16 oz. Prime rib with loaded mashed potatoes, the wedge salad, and the homemade chicken Alfredo with Cajun seasoning. Both were delicious and we left completely stuffed. We also had their white wine sangria which was delicious. We highly recommend!

Perhaps the best spinach and artichoke dip we've ever had and we've tried a lot! Love the feel of the place in an old building with original brick walls, tin panel ceiling, and wood floors. We enjoyed an early dinner with the place nearly entirely to ourselves. I had the New Orleans and my bride had the spaghetti. I couldn't help myself with the recommendation of a cheesecake. Both of us were very satisfied. Wonderful service and experience. We very much enjoyed our date here.

Stopped in for lunch. We were from out of town, so this place was completely new to us. It's very nice inside, lots of seating and the interior ceiling and walls are gorgeous. There weren't too many people there at the time, so it was pretty quiet and laid back. The wait staff were all very helpful and friendly. None of us had a complaint about any of our food. Overall, it was a very nice lunch dine-in experience. I would absolutely come back again if we lived closer! But definitely will come here again next time I'm in town.

We just finished a wonderful dinner, (actually we ordered from the lunch menu!) Lobstah bisque was rich and delicious. The chicken/cheese/bacon/onions wrap was nice and fresh. The open-faced roast beef sandwich hit the spot- potatoes were fresh, gravy was tasty, meat was fork tender; served with a side of green beans. Yummy! Our waitress was kind and friendly. The only negative thing about this restaurant is that their front door lets in tons of cool air. Tonight was a chilly night and the restaurant was cool. I'm glad we sat in the back and away from the air that comes right in. Please think about getting another door or adding an entry way to keep everyone warm!

My wife and I stopped in for dinner during our stay at The Elms. Neither of us knew about this place before this evening, but it will not be forgotten. It's unfair how amazing the steak was. Without question, the best steak I've ever had, and this is not an exaggeration. The mashed potatoes complemented the steak perfectly, and my wife noted the broccoli was the perfect amount of tendernes; no crunch, but not soggy at all. I chose to pair my meal with a glass of Folly of the Beast, which sealed the deal. We then opted for the brownie dessert, and was every bit as good as the steak. We will be back. Again, it's truly unfair how amazing this food is. And the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was nothing but exceptional.
